We have a centralized laboratory and workshop to support our operations which comprises of Medical calibration laboratory and Test Equipment calibration laboratory.
Our vast experience and exposure in working with our foreign partners such as FLUKE Biomedical, which enables us to deliver excellent service to our clients in relation to calibration services and Biomedical Technology Services.

- Our calibration service has full traceablity to national and international measurement standards, and is performed according to our Fluke Biomedical procedures
- All equipment calibrated by IMC/LINC is certified, and full calibration data will be returned with the instruments. IMC/LINC will retain a copy of data for a period of at least 18 mos.

Breakdown: attend all breakdown calls within a stipulated response time to carry out the required repair works within the allowable time
- Forecast and procure spares and consumable requirements at the optimum level of stock holding.
- Provide technical advice to the client for upgrading, modification and beyond economical repair of a system
- Advise clients on cost saving measures and techniques
- Asset tagging at clients facilities for accurate Maintenance Management System (MMS)
- Carry out condition appraisal for all assets for technical audit, functionality restoration, deterioration if any beyond economical repair condition
